Glad I could help! The biggest tip I have outside the video (because it wasn't added yet) is to use the overlays. Security and litter overlays especially are excellent for finding problem areas!

I'm not good at short responses and explanations lol. Here goes: Any time you crank things up beyond intended levels in a game you're likely to encounter issues. Having a couple hundred animals in an enclosure in PZ is akin to breaking the physics engine with 100 simultaneous explosions in an action game. That said, it's hard to know if the issue is caused by the engine not knowing how to handle it, or problems with your design. If it's the former, all I can suggest is limiting things in the future. If it's the latter here's what I suggest: Move all of your food items to the keeper gate, and if you can, push the keeper gate further into the habitat so it's more central to the animals. I've had problems with animals starving in really big habitats because it takes a very long time for keepers to reach the food and then it takes a very long time for the animals to reach it too. Spreading out the food sources can make the feeder visits take months (during which time enough animals could have eaten all the food behind them). My other tip would be to make absolutely sure there are no feeding objects that you're unaware of counting towards the ammount of food in the habitat. Like I said in the video, just a few units of inaccessible food can mean the keeper decides not to feed any of the animals. If after all that you still have issues THEN I'd start blaming the game. I will say that there is a reason I always limit my habitat sizes and populations and usually suggest the same to others.

For the two keepers I know that during Beta myself and several other users had reported there only being able to be one keeper at a time in a hab. Honestly I don't use large habs much to even notice if this has changed, but there's also no telling what's a bug or intended at this early stage of the game. As for vets, I think it is a matter of preference. I'll concede that not assigning research vets is about the same as moving them across work zones, but I like to have them available when I need them. I also figured I'd err on the side of caution considering it was a tutorial to prepare those who may not be as well aquainted with certain systems that might warrant medical attention (like gender ratios, which are working incorrectly in some cases anyway).

@@TheOriginalHipsterJesus I thought you might have some idea how or why 2 keepers were in there at once, because I do believe you are right that it doesn't normally happen. I did a double take. Good videos, btw, I watched both of them. 300 hours play time and I'm still learning things new every day.

@@theedjeofgaming4357 yes it's possible to have two keepers at a time in an habitat. I have in my zoos, workzones with keepers setup on "only clean" and they often go to habitats during another keeper is feeding. And for veterinary, to answer @TheOriginalHipsterJesus , i have only 2 for all the zoo and they have for workzone all the habitats + 2 research labo + all the staff rooms near habitats and one quarantine/veterinary

@@theedjeofgaming4357 likewise I'm at about 240. Just spent a lot of it in Beta digging into the various systems. Still learning things like how to pronounce leucistic from the ever helpful community lol.

It's the same as in other modes. You just need to assign a vet to do research on the animals. They'll initially have low welfare, but once you get a good variety you'll start having certain toys in common between animals.

Non grid! It helps if you build the buildings separately and save them as blueprints while they're on a grid. Then you can place them in 90 angles onto an existing grid OR rotate and place the whole thing freely.

You just make sure you untick all the other duties in their work roster. They'll still need to take breaks though so you may need more than 1 if you have enough animals.
