great video. in the practice, for #6 I beleive the verb is suppose to read Vouloir, given savoir as noted stays in the infinitive (our hint verb). Otherwise well done :) Very helpful.

@@KO-tn4go Don't forget to drop the last 'e' if you identify as male, since adjectives match their subjects. Femme: "Je suis désolée." Homme: "Je suis désolé." For those who didn't look it up, désolé(e) means "sorry"!

Première, merci beaucoup pour aider beaucoup des étudiants (comme moi) de la langue française. Tes vidéos sont très très bien fait, je peux comprendre très bien tout l'information sur les sujets que vous explique. Alors, est que 🤔 le conditionnel et l'imparfait sont les mêmes mais je dois voir la différence avec le contexte?. Merci beaucoup. Juan
@LingoLearner
@LingoLearner 4 жыл бұрын
Salut!

Juan Daniel.

Sorry I might be being dumb- but how do we know which ending we have to use?
@LingoLearner
@LingoLearner 3 жыл бұрын
Not dumb! The ending depends on the subject of the sentence. If I was doing something, that's first person singular - top left box ending. If THEY were doing something, that's third person plural - bottom right box ending. This video should help: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ruCcrKeJs9u-aZs.html

Why do you need Si in a conditional clause/sentence? A bit confused.
@LingoLearner
@LingoLearner 3 жыл бұрын
The idea of a condition is that it might be met, or not. Let's say playing your baseball game has a condition: the weather has to be good. Bad weather = no game. So IF the weather is good, you will play the game. IF is the word we use (in English and Spanish!) to convey that a condition is in our mind, but that just because we know about it doesn't mean it's going to be met.
