I’ve used Canva to make KZfaq Video Thumbnails, as well. Yes, the Canva templates are the best feature! I like the remove background feature that is offered on the Canva Education platform.

I love Canva for Education. I've been using Canva for years and years. I wish they would sign the SDPA so students could use it as well! Thank you for all of your awesome work!

Yeah, there isn't a direct grading integration (very few programs have that, unfortunately).

students in our country uses tablet and mobile phones....is the process the same when they answer on their homework....i mean can they access it with their mobile phones?

Yes, the mobile version works almost exactly the same as the web-based version!

I've heard of Canva but never looked at it before....already set up an account and will definitely be using it with students after I play around with it for a bit. I did want to know if students can turn in their work directly to Google Classroom so it can be checked or graded there, or if completed work can only be checked in the site itself. Thank you.

Awesome, I definitely recommend you give it a try! It won't create a copy of the assignment within Google Classroom (this only works for Google apps like Docs or Slides). So you'd need to give them feedback in Canva (or as a comment in Google Classroom). Essentially you'll have to treat it the same way you would other tech programs you link out to in Google Classroom.

Hi Sam! I absolutely loved your video, and tried to switch from my current Canva account to Canva for Education, however, I wasn't able to but I'm not sure if because I'm using the PRO trial version, the platform didn't allowed me to swich to Canva for Education. Do you happen to know if that would be a reason? Did you switch from a free account or from a PRO account? Thanks for the help!

Hmmm, I'm honestly not quite sure how it works when you are also using to PRO trial version. I'd try reaching out directly to Canva to see if they can help get your accounts sorted out!

I only have a little experience with Lucidchart and not Lucid as a whole so I unfortunately can't speak to that.

Hi, thanks for watching! Your best bet is to go up to your icon on the top right, click on Account Settings, then go to Billings and Teams. Then scroll down to the bottom and click Create New Class. Just repeat that process for each separate class you want to create, and to toggle back and forth between your classes, click on the icon and choose the class you want to be in.

You could just sign up for a premium Canva account, though it won't have all the education features like syncing with Google Classroom. I'd reach out to Canva directly to ask them if there's any way they can help. Best of luck!

Hi Kea, I'm not entirely certain, but it might be the case that you still won't be able to get an education account because they require you to have a school email domain to get access.
