You can customize it for various language tasks by tweaking the data and task-specific parameters during training.

Sorry for the late reply, I just learned where all of the comments can be found in one spot to respond to. The two risk are: 1. People in HR/Recruiting don't learn these tools fast enough and 2. People don't educate employees on how to use these tools in a way that prevents sensitive data from being leaked. What risks do you see?

Until people become perfect resume writers, it wont. It’s rare to have every tool, COTS product, etc on a resume. Recruiters help pull that info out of people on the phone a lot of the time.

Any worker who actively avoids adapting to the latest trends and technology will be replaced. It's not a recruiter exclusive thing.

No. I don't believe in convincing people to accept roles and terms they're not interested in. There are plenty of people who enjoy and thrive in contract roles, but they're not for everyone.

The only thing I have about HR is that I think it’s a useless degree, & in my experience in dealing with people in this field, is that most have been lazy, as well as slow to act on taskings & deadlines. I was the person firing them for poor performance. I think AI is a god send to replace these people, especially when most are hiring & firing people in & out of careers they personally know very little about. I was an engineering department lead & had to turn around & run the HR department because with all the monkeys in the room, none of them could figure out how to screw in a lightbulb. I am welcoming this technology, I couldn’t stand having to micromanage the micromanagers.
