Hello, have you ever tried flushing it? The manual says cleaning AN EASY PROCEDURE? I put in fluid then followed as instructed. The red light remained on. I went thru' the procedure for a 2nd time. this time half way thru' the red light went out and the white light flashed on/off about halfway thru the procedure. However as I continued it went out and the red light came on again. After procedure completed the 2nd time red light is on all the time as when I started. It is far too complicated for words. I will never buy a Gaggia again.

I have the same grinder it just has a different branding on it I can’t get it to grind the size of espresso it stays the same when I try to change the grinding size, how did you get it to grind espresso?

That’s my first machine so I can’t tell you much.. However I did my research on 2021-2022 and now I use it for over a year 🙏 It’s pretty cheap and still provide better coffee then most coffee shops ar🤭und
