hi Doctor Solar, have you check and test the amperage for your solar/pv current as described in datasheet?

Good Day I had the Deye team upgrade my 8kw hybrid inverter and they upgraded it with the 5kw firmware. Lots of error codes and emails they finaly flashed it with the correct firmware. However now my inverter is stuck in standby mode and does not switch to normal mode nor does it charge the batteries from the grid. Is there any way you can assist me as Deye support has gone silent after they saw their mistake. Will you be able to send me the files so I can get my power back please.

hello, my 8 kw hybrid inverter seems to cut/limit the amperage from the solar power to 10.2A max. is this normal? the power will not go above 6 kw now..

Why not use a standard PC since the software update is just using standard RS-232 serial?

@@nicof9202 ... where do you get the updated Firmware - I'm having weird issues with both my 5KW Inverters and the 24/7 support seems more like once a week support. I'm still waiting on Deye to give me access and assistance! I'm suspecting I'm experiencing issues because of out-dated firmware/software.
