what if I dont want the section fill to be by material, but instead the standart sketchup fill?

This extension never became popular. Considering it makes architecture in sketchup very fast and easy. Most videos about dibac is very old.

From a designer's point of view, I rather start from a 3D. It is easy to visualize a project. 2D is a thing of the past, though it is still used as a reference for builders.
