How to use Distress Embossing Glazes

My favorite Tim Holtz release this year is the Distress Embossing Glazes. These embossing glazes are so versatile, and their translucent properties opens up so many more creative options. In this video I will share with you show to use the Distress Embossing Glazes, how to add them through a stencil and show you several different ways of effectively layering them. I will also include how to use them with the Distress Embossing Pen to create unique effects on your projects. I watched Tim demonstrate the embossing glaze and one thing stood out for me, you can sand the glaze to get rid of the shine, I wouldn’t have thought to do that. Great demo and I liked how you got right to it, no jibber jabber....love it, thanks for sharing ❤️

Thanks for sharing that tip- I still need to check out some of Tim Holtz's new demonstration videos. I personally like the shine, but it's nice to know that there are ways to make it more matte. I really loved your demo, so great to see it go beyond swatching or one technique and see what is possible when combining techniques. I might just have to get these now as they seem so fun and versatile and something that could work alongside the things I already have 😊👍
