How to use Donek Drag Knife and Fusion 360 to Create Yard Signs

The PTA at my kid's school was looking for a cost-effective way to advertise events. Spelling out things with large yard letters seemed to fit the bill and gave me a great excuse to buy a drag knife for my CNC. Check out the video to see how the project worked out.

Nice work! how do you keep the spindle from rotating during the toolpath?

Set RPM to zero if it’s a Spindle or do not turn on the Router.

An even better brand of paint is Ironlac or Montana. Rustoleum 2x is not bad either.

you have potential. Hopefully you will become more animated (just a bit) so that you aren't as stiff. Maybe limit your image, you don't have to be on screen the whole time. I like your voice better than your face :)

John, thanks for the feedback. It is funny how as soon as the camera turns on, all of my personality turns off. I am working on that. I also agree that my face could handle less screen time. :)
