No this machine works on thermal print , it does not have toner, its chemical coated paper where printer applies heat to print on the paper. . please revers the paper or try to use good quality papers.

Earthing cableshould be connected to a proper earthing provided by an electrician because you will not get a proper grounding through your medical bed because Bed is having PVC or a plastic shoes in each leg of the bed so you will not get the grounding ultimately you have to connect this ground lead to the proper grounding or earthing provided by electric board

Just Printing single channel print in 1 line, 3 channel prints 3 leads at a time, and like wise 12 channel prints 12 lines together so its easy to compare the leads in the same line
