Free of Drafts and Sunlight.
A well Ventilated Basement room is often just Right.
Away from Radiators.
Windows or Doors and Equiped with Exhaust Fan.
Prefer Ground floor or Basement in Case of Double Story House.
Select Plain Surface and
Don't Let Room Temperature Exceed 30 to 31 C° Temperature.
Clean & Disinfect the Fertile Eggs Before Incubation.
Mention Date on Fertile Eggs.
For Hen, Peahen, Turkey & Duck Eggs:
Set incubator Temperature at:
37.5 - 37.7 C°
99.5 F° to 100 F°
Or, in between 98.5 to 100 F°.
This Temperature Range Yields better Hatchability
45 to 65 % Humidity for Hen Eggs.
60-70 % Humidity for Peahen, Pheasant, Turkey or Species Eggs.
Now, Candling Eggs after a Week or Couple of Weeks of incubation.
Discard Empty Eggs To keep Space Available for New Eggs.
Keep Eggs inside Setter for 18 Days & Shift to Hatcher for Last 03 Days.
Decrease Temperature & Increase Humidity During Last 03 Days of incubation.
36.7 C° or 98 F°
Humidity around 65 to 80 %
