How to use electric bike without display and hell sensor, can work on pedal assist or throttle both.. 250w, 500w and 1000w controller set...

This helped a lot as my eBike has a 3 pin connector to the motor & nothing works but the battery & connectors are hot. No continuity on any of the 11 pin main harness connector. The PAS if connected should activate the motor it looks like with or without turning the control screen on the 5 pin connector on.

Hello Sam can you help me ..I have a rich bit 1000w bike i change the controler, the battery is ok ,the display its shown nothing no power when I pressed simultaneous power and for example the lights or the horn i se a little light and a small sound of the horn...They told me all problem can be on display.. i open the display no screws nothing but i open but i don't understand nothing..if put together blue and red how you make she gona start ? You have Facebook page or something to send you a video..Thanks

Hello. I am going to travel tommorow and take the controller-display back to my home city, so that I have it checked to an electronic friend. Should I ride the e-scooter without the display,using your method, until it is fixed? Or is this method harmful for my e-scooter? It wont even turn on with damaged display, should I do this trick, or better wait until display is normally fixed and placed again on me bike? Thanks. (its like a normal motor in size and shape, see the sporty e-scooter as well)

If u want to use this on scooter u Need dual mode controller or is only work for pedal assist only

@@SaamE-bike Ah Ha the light just lit on what you mean on dual controller to use the thumb throttle & the cadence sensor I hear it called or PAS or foot throttle is my term. Just got a spark connecting the controller to the 48V battery so that a good sign of controller life right? Even with the battery turned off at 4-7V anyway.

@@SaamE-bike okay, you're using that toggle switch to turn power on to the controller, correct? What my question is how do you hook up a toggle switch to turn the power on to the controller in order to power the assisted pedal buttons and the throttle

This you need dual mode controller otherwise only work on pedal assist only

Hi thanks for your message.. u can remove the hall sensor 6 pin connector... but is only work if your connector is dual mode system

Hi if hell sensor doesn't work on this controller you can use without hell sensor connection because is dual mode controller
