Good morning AJay. In Adobe premiere up top near file you click title and then title they have effects in there for lower thirds mats a whole ton of stuff and is very easy to use I've been a a Adobe premiere user since their first suite they put out many many years ago.

If you get some time, take a look into Adobe premiere sweet. I feel it has a lot of the functionalities that you be talking about that can just go directly into obs that might simplify a lot of the process. Just my thoughts but take a look into it since you already have it.
