First time using windsurf harness
Harness is an essential attribute of every windsurfer nowadays. It allows you to enjoy windsurfing without using lots of muscle power. Harness is a belt with a hook on it that allows you to hold the sail with your back and weight rather than with your hands. If you can steer the sail confidently and hang lower on your hands - you are ready to use a harness. In this video tutorial you will learn:
- how to hook into the harness lines
- how to control the sail power

Never put you hand in the hook! A better way to unhook when falling backwards is to grab the harness lines above the hook and help yourself with sideways body movement. Other than that amazing video, thank you for the tips!

Хорошо, но в двух местах можно лучше. Во-первых, надо добавить про то как отцепляться. Во-вторых, очень опасный совет если накрыло пристегнутого парусом. Дело в том, что трап шкот может обвиться на крюке, и так просто не слезть. Гораздо безопаснее перебрать гик в сторону мачты и глотнуть воздуха. Ну а потом уже отцепляться. Это один из моих самых ценных советов от Гая Крибба.

После того, как в этом году чуть не утоп из-за подобного, я как-то стараюсь перед выходом на воду напомнить себе, что трапеция ко мне не пришита, и её при случае можно относительно легко отстегнуть.
