Thanks for the tutorial. I found out what I needed to know quickly at a pace that I could follow. The other presenters talked and clicked as though they were using the app themselves - at their normal speed instead of taking the time to show and tell. Much appreciated.

Can you help with three questions: 1 How do I access stuff I’ve bookmarked? 2 Is it possible to temporarily get rid of all the stuff overlaying the screen so I can see the photos properly? 3 Is it possible to share someone else’s post on my page, like one can do in Facebook?

You can access your saved posts by going into your profile (bottom right), then the three horizontal bars icon, then by pressing the button that reads “Saved”

The app isn't the best. It bans people for "spam" when they only made one comment. Nothing adult to the comment. I know cause I'm one of those people who got massively reported by Instagram for random comments. Conversations two adults would have without any cussing or adult things in it. I had a conversation with someone about video games. How we should be able to play with friends if the game isn't free. As in no PSN if you bought the game. We weren't arguing either. We agreed with each other and so many others agreed too. They also support satanism. Saw a post with a pagan summoning circle on their main account. I'm mentioning this not to harm Satanist. But as a Christian I drew a picture for a friend. It got taken down an yet the app allows adult things, animal cruelty and so much worse. I reported an account for adult images on his account. "Doesn't go against our community guidelines" but someone drawing a child friendly drawing of their friend as a character holding a cross does? Even if I was still atheist I'd be confused. If Muslims and satanists can post things why cant a Christian artist post stuff? Warning you before it's too late to uninstall that app cause I'm not joking when I tell you this stuff. It's a horrible app. An they don't care. Now back to the banning thing. They took a friend of mine video down of them playing with their dog. The bugs are the biggest issue. I mean you barely had the app for a month so you'd probably listen or don't. I recently uninstalled the app cause of the things they don't care about.

?? How do we make those chapters not the term probably but it’s a section to categorize your posts. Like family, work, weekends, holidays, quotes, etc And!!!! Once you establish them - how do you make your pictures go there? I see a post or reel button only

What steps would I need to take to get my reels button back at the bottom of the page? It was there and now only the “+” is in the center. Everyone I know seems to have a different appearance. Any suggestions? Thanks

Mine is to the right of the plus. It still looks like the movie thing where you snap the top and say “action” when you’re making a movie. It looks like they got rid of the shopping button

under the video is a grey recatangular"box" it has after a bunch of information and then "see more"-click on that and you will see more. the grey "box" is the "description".

Helpful but I have other questions. I made more than one account even though I didn't know what I was doing - my mistake. Now at the upper left where my name is, there's a down arrow and a red dot. Apparently that means there are notifications but I don't really know where to look to know what the notifications are.

I kept thinking I was not understanding the interface, and that there must be more to insta than reels (and reels that disappear in 24 hours AKA Stories) Nope, that’s really all it is. There are some amazing reels to be seen but the content is all so superficial. No depth, no detail. Very little ability to interact and learn more about the content. The Facebook and Discord format makes a lot more sense to me. And KZfaq videos in landscape format and longer duration, allow users to get a lot more in-depth information, pausing and scrubbing as needed.
