Thanks for making this video, I watched this like 10x’s and decided to do the keratin treatment to my hair. i have 4A/4B hair. My hair now looks 3B AND IS CRAZY shiny. I decided to leave it in a curly state after rinsing the treatment out but i do plan on flat ironing it next wash. I actually love the result. WARNING: if you do this treatment make sure you’re somewhere properly ventilated and maybe grab a fan or 2, my eyes were burning during the blowdrying step, so be warned.

At 5:43 she says curls will revert once the treatment wears off, but it’s obvious her hair curls whenever she wets it. The keratin treatment doesn’t straighten hair - the blow dying and flat iron does. That’s what I love about keratin treatments - I can have the best straight blow out or the best curly wash and go whenever I choose. When I wash and go my curls are defined and glossy without gel.

I also have super course 4c type hair and I’m thinking that it would give me a looser texture if i dos a wash n go or twist n curl natural style too (instead of step 4)

I would see what she says but I was always told that you don’t want heat protectant during the application of keratin because it will make the treatment less effective. When using heat after the treatment you can use heat protectant

Girllll I almost clicked off when you said we should wash our hair after that long process of flat ironing, as in 😂😂 Lol at that moment I knew keratin treatment isn’t for me😂😂😂 I cannot come and kill myself because of humidity 😂😂😂

Lol girl the process is so long but you only have to do it once every 3-4 months

It doesn’t revert to the normal curl pattern until it is all the way washed out. That takes about 6 months. So you would do this process if you intend to wear your hair straight for a while

@@keina2121it will revert one water hits it.. I don’t stay straight if u Wash.. but it will keep the hair straight wn straighten.. humidity will not let it frizz up! U will know wn it’s time for another treatment
