Good day everyone, When I want to configure the Z I get a negative number. In this video it is said that there is a measurement error when the Z is not between 15 and 60. What can I do to solve the measurement problem? Please help. Note: This is a LNC MW2200

Hello. Thanks for sharing the video. It explains very well how to calibrate the machine axes. I have that same model and it is currently vibrating when moving in the "Y" axis. Any idea what could be happening with the machine or what I should check? Thank you again

Check whether one of the two Y-axis motors has stopped working. Check the gear position for any impurities. Check Y-axis drive.

Different machines have different post-processors. What is the control system of your machine? Does the machine have ATC function?

Is your machine an ATC machine, or does it only have one tool? If it is an ATC machine, the length of each tool needs to be written into the tool manager. If it is a single spindle and a tool. Just write the Z axis to the Z value in G54.

Hello, very good video! Helped me turn on and set up the machine, the controller is LNC MW2200. I want to ask you what software you use to prepare the (.nc) files? So far I have used artcam 2018 which has over 30 different (.nc) "G code for the tool path files" , only one was able to open but there is a problem with the Z axis. Thank you very much !

Different machine models need to be configured with corresponding post-processors. I don't know what model your machine is, so I can't give you the corresponding post processor.

Select the Z axis. Just enter the number you need
