Some people’s video seem to emphasize the hand and grip with index finger not touching the beads. It seems it is more about practice and doing the meditation. Thank you for sharing.

Interesting, I’ve been doing this without beads but with one thumb over the other. When I need to calm the mind when it’s frazzled I need something to concentrate on, so the thumbs work. I imagine it’s the same with the beads

Thank you ! I’m still learning but quick question : I’ve seen some instructions that say you should not use your index finger ( or your pointing finger ) to hold the bead. Any thoughts ? I don’t want to develop any habits that I shouldn’t. Ok thanks so much !
