Which adjustments is best for something suffering with ringing ear tinnitus?

I have just been fitted with Marvel aids. I’d love to be able to track steps but that’s not showing up under Health. Also I’d love to see the information on my wearing time… but those aren’t able to tap through- do you know how to access that?

Once I create a custom program within the app...can I move that customized program to be more to the start of the programs. Currently once I save that program it goes to the end of my programs within the app..??

I can’t rise or lower sound for each ear. I only only have one adjustment for sound. Can I fix this or do I have to go to the manufacturer (PHONAK)

My hearing aids (Phonak) do not work on Zoom. I have to use my laptop settings in order to be able to be able to hear what others are saying. What can I do about this?

Went back to the "professional" twice for these hearing aids switching modes by themselves and blasting my ears, didn't fix it.
