Coros heart strip band is unhappily necessary because heart rate monitor sensor on the watch is real shit

@@abricot68 Nevermind the watch brand, no wrist heart rate sensor is verry accurate. It’s only good for resting heart rate, and low intensity activities if you wear your watch correctly.

Make sure you are updated to the latest version of the COROS app and it will be available for Run and Trail Run mode, with more modes supported in the future!
