Hi loves!! In this video I show you how I detangle my natural hair with minimal breakage using Olaplex no 0 and no 3 bonding treatments on my type 4c high porosity natural hair. I personally love this combo and it has made such a huge difference in my hair.

I've been doing aphogee 2 step and incorporating olaplex 0&3,4 my hair is definitely retaining more length. I barely have breakage now. I had these products before but was not using them consistently before your videos. Keep up the good work!

hi can you explain how you use them? Do you use them on separate wash days or do you use the protein treatment and bond builder on the same wash day?

@@starbyeol1596 I use them on separate wash days never on the same days. I use olaplex almost every washday however I only use the protein treatment every 2-3 months 💖

Hi Fatima! Congrats on the partnership with olaplex! I love your content and how detailed you are in your videos, I actually picked up the miellé honey leave in because of you! keep up the good work! I have a couple questions about the olaplex 0 & 3 treatment: If Im taking down a a long term protective style and have a lot of build up and gunk, can it be used as a pre poo? Or should I use a normal prepoo, wash it out, and then apply the olaplex 2 step treatment before shampooing? Also, can I use the treatment on cornrows I plan to wash? And after how many uses did you see a difference in your hair breakage/strength?

Thank you so much!!! It’s so surreal to me. I appreciate you so much 💗💗 It’s okay to apply to hair that has a lot of build up! It’s okay to use on cornrows as long as you thoroughly wash out the product. I felt an instant difference in my hair. It felt smoother and softer. It took about 3 uses for me to see a difference in hair breakage 🫶🏿💗

Hello, after you shampoo your hair do you use another deep conditioner? Even though you already did the olaplex? Or do you just shampoo and use the leave in conditioner?

Yes I do use a deep conditioner because olaplex No 0 & 3 are not deep conditioning treatments they are bond building treatments.

I apply it to damp hair before I shampoo, I use the exact same technique as I do with olaplex but I leave the bond curl rehab salve in for about an hour! 💗

What’s the difference between no 1 and 3? Why use both?

No 1 is the professional version of No 0, and No 2 is the professional version of No 3. They do t sell No 1,2 directly to consumers , only sold to professionally trained cosmetologists. No 0,3 are sold directly to consumers since olaplex has already made the safe for use without a professional certification

Why would you Need to use this Every Wash Day? Are your Bonds ALWAYS Broken? Is it even working? If it worked you wouldn't need to use it so often, right?

It’s a personal choice because of the heat damage I have. You don’t need to use it every wash day!
