Great and Amazing product, the long-lasting battery. The flossing speed is also great. It's really worth the money and a tremendous product. I've used other products as well but this one is a much better choice at the cheaper price. Portable water flosser is indeed a great invention and excellent product to use. It has a water jet nozzle as well as a tongue cleaner The water jet force can be conveniently adjusted to suit the individual while using. The protective case is very handy for safekeeping the product. The product once fully charged remain active for days together. Charger and one jet nozzle are included in the product price.included. It is very efficient in cleaning the teeth as well as removing the bad odour from the mouth. Overall, it is very desirable to have the product as part of the hygiene system.

Is an oral irrigator better than manually swishing the water/mouthwash? It needs hell of determination to use everyday a bulky irrigator. Is it not a pain itself?

Its a good product. Value for money. Ive been using it for one year. really good. but the only issue is the water runs out very quickly. so what i do is just remove the water reservoir and immerse the tube directly into a tub of water. voila .. continuous water supply for 5 mins

I kept it on charging and suddenly the cap flew off with a force and it started creating unstoppable noise. We immediately plugged out but still creating sound from past 35 mins. How to get rid of that? Unable to press any button.

ik it's been 3 months but still.. its normal , the bleeding should stop in 3-4 days and if not use soft settings

@@dhanalakshmik2226 I don't clean it on daily basis, I just empty the tank each time I use it, and as for monthly I just fill the tank with water + vinegar mixture and turn the floss on until the tank is completely and then again with clean water to get rid of the vinegar taste.

The flosser stops spraying water every 2-3 seconds and the lights start blinking for 2-3 seconds. I have to keep pressing the "on" button to start the spray again and again. How do I get it to spray continuously?

I brought it but the pressure is high in soft mode too. I had bleeding gum instead after using.

Sorry to hear caused inconvenience Kenneth! Request you to use the product in soft mode regular at least for a week, then bleeding should stop completely, which indicates better oral health. - If you still face issue after a week, then do connect with your Dentist to understand if you have any gum issue. - Also after a week of an issue, you could connect with ORACURA team, wherein they could recommend you another product model OC200 or OC300, which has multiple speeds upto 10 positions, as your current model may have only 3 modes Normal, Soft & Pulse. Hope this shall suffice the purpose and kindly revert in case of any further assistance or support from our side.

Thank you for contacting ORACURA, We would recommend to use the flosser on soft mode since the water pressure is comparatively soft in this from other modes. Or else you can use the orthodontic tip which helps in reducing the water pressure.

What is the difference between 2 nozzles provided; 1 with blue colour band and other with grey colur. Also i have purchased recently but not received the charger as shown in the above video. Oracura team can you reply.

You are talking about deep plaque, you will need some chemical to remove that that will also dissolve some of your teeth dentine. Floss only remove food particles and newly settling plaque. These habit will reduce but can't eliminate your visit to dentist probably.

Well said and Water Flosser will remove the plaque with force of water, where Toothbrush can not reach. However in case of Calculus, do visit Dentist for further check up!!
