Thank you for sharing this! I would love to see the whole process in June. I never picked this up at the beginning of the year but I am really struggling with happiness. I think I am going to pick this up for the last half of the year. They are on sale and I think maybe it will help. Fingers crossed 🤞

I do the same thing with my planner and power sheets. I have the monthly planner so lots of extra pages in it. I dedicate one to writing out the monthly goals from my power sheet so it’s always with me when I plan. It may seem silly to rewrite it but sometimes writing things multiple times helps it stick.

I totally agree with you! I tend to dislike rewriting things, but only when it's like chores or something. Rewriting goals and important things is so super helpful.

When my husband comes home, it’s typically for about a day and a half, maybe 2 days and a half. So I get the struggle to get things done when he’s home because I just want to spend that time together.

It's telling, isn't it, how many of us plan and schedule everything to a T, but time after time fail to put our own personal activities and care into the planner? I'm working on this, with my family making sure I actually do it...

Yes, it is telling! I'm trying to be more mindful of it because I don't want to unconsciously teach my kid to put himself last by watching me do it.
