You should check on Starlight Elena again, the recent materia for her seems to make Gemini Blade busted that can rival Storm Seeker Ester. It would be great to see what your two cents are on this.

@@pucancakes The recent unit exclusive materia that boosts them really well that requires Mystery Crystals and Crowns to craft. Currently, the recent materia was given out for free to those who were there. Starlight Elena has gotten one and like 4-5 other aged/weak NV units.

I just pulled a few mins ago, and got her from like the second ticket on her banner. I voted for her, she knows that I wanted her and that's why she decided to appear so quickly. Everyone good luck on your pulls.

I just got a copy of her on the 28k banner. She is one of my favorite ffbe character in the game. I see myself using her a lot on Clash of Wills and other events.

The greatest tragedy of all: I no longer have my original Chizuru from all those years ago, and I don't have any duplicates. Now I have to hope that one day an EX ticket will bring her 4-Star form back to me so I can use her old self with her new TMR/STMR and slay some older bosses.

cant you get her through friend summons? I'm pretty sure that's why friend summons are there, is exclusively for old 1 - 4 stars

@@winter2060 Friend-point-summons have their own limited pool of a few very weak units that has never been updated since the games release. Chizuru is definitely not in that pool and the FP-units are not in the regular summon pool 🙂

I don't remember reading any news acknowledging this issue but, I didn't receive any NV fragment ticket or the 10 Chizuru shards we were supposed to get. Was this mistake acknowledged and I just missed it or...

Yeah, my bad. The Pulverizers already chain with a triple-casted Bolting Strike, and can't be used with anything else. I should've just put one of them and that would be more accurate.

Who do you think os better ? S.Chizuru, T.B. Kaito or Reberta ?

They all have completely different fields they're best at - it's hard to say. If I'm allowed to categorize, then Chizuru's best at damage, Kaito's best at debuffs, and Reberta's best at support. Though when it comes to Killer buffs and elements they all have different coverage so it really depends on the fight.

since i can't find an answer, i'm going to ask here....simply because this was a recent post (no shade on Chizuru-dono, i should add):::::: anyway, here's hoping someone can help me: i'm playing S3 for the first time...i got to Kareca Cave and.....whaaaaaah? i need Blue Mage Fina? i don't have her! where do i get her? Please don't say dumb luck summon. i've played the finale of S2 ("Starting on a New Journey") a couple of times, but no BM Fina....

This banner rates were so bad....worse than my sylvie one that I had to pity for 46k lapiz. I got nothing but thunder sakura on step up and old unit on bright side i got dark rain on last step :/ . Not gonna pity her so guess no rank 1 for me :c sighs. No ex3 Selena for morgana and no chizu :c
