I have a iPhone 15 if I stick it on a MagSafe charger it works but it won’t work if you just plug it in normal like he has

I have the latest Iphone 15 pro max , have all the settings exact, PORTRAIT lock is off aaaand mine simply will not do this - seeing this is why I bought the pnone its F'IN UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
