Hey John! Thanks for reaching out. To be honest, I've never encountered that problem before. I've always only pressed the "1Hr button" once and never had to hold it down for any unit. I wish I could help, but i have no answer. I'm gonna guess that's just how they made it 😶

So I purchased 2 of the star projector lights for my kids. The waves completely stopped. I tried hitting the Speed + button but it's not working. Do you have any tips about that or have you came across that?

Hello MosWindu! Thanks for reaching out. I Actually did come across a button not working on the projector lights, but it did work again (obviously, because I finished this video). I just changed my batteries. I'm not sure if you tried that already, but honestly, changing the batteries worked for me. Just make sure it's NEW BATTERIES that are FULLY CHARGED because my first pair wasn't. If that didn't work, the only thing I could think of is that don't have the remote and the projector light TOO FAR from each other OR even BLOCKING the Sensor from the remote to the projector light. Well MosWindu, I hope I helped you out. If I didn't, I want to let you know that I tried. Thanks for your comment!

From my understanding, there is no app associated with this specific night light. The only thing related is that you could Bluetooth your phone to this night light and play your music that way. Anyways , hope this helps!

There's another light that looks EXACTLY like this one, but the on-off switch will have on-off-wifi on it. The ones with Wifi are the only lights that use the app. The one without the Wifi on the switch cannot be used on the app. (this is my experience anyway. I can't find any way to connect it on the smart life app...)

Apparently you can switch the auto-off feature off permanently by pressing a button for 3 seconds. But, the product descriptions available online and the instruction booklet do not tell you which button. So, does anyone know if the product descriptions are correct and which 'button' they refer to?

after a trip around the galaxy I may have found an answer. try loosening the dome a bit. I turned mine a few times and the ocean wave thing started to move!

Hey Bryanna Thanks for reaching out. I actually had to rewatch my video to see if i ever did change those stars from Green to White. And I don't think you can change the stars from green to white. I apologize if I'm wrong (because I don't have these lights anymore) But I think you could only change the color of the clouds. I'm sorry I'm not much help But i sure hope you enjoy them!

Hey 2econd! Sorry for the late reply. If you're talking about the clouds, the Speed buttons (S+ and S-) are the ones that can make the clouds STOP MOVING. Adjust and tap the buttons accordingly if you want to fix that problem. If you're talking about the stars, well....the stars don't move. They actually fade in a fade out very slowly if you want them too. Anyways, I hope this helps!

Hey Tasnuva! Did you happen to forward this video to 5:34? Here's the link to it kzfaq.info/get/bejne/kMlymJCpv5i7dZs.html But basically, you pick 2 colors. Example if you wanted Red and Green. 1st push Red and then Green. Don't Push Red, then Red because that would turn off Red and so on. Hope this helps!

Hey Bri! Sorry for the late reply. As far as i know you just plug the USB to a USB charger and it powers on that way. It doesn't have a separate battery. Hope this helps!

Hey Connor! Mine didn't work the first time either. Be sure your batteries are brand new. Also make sure they are the same Brand and that they are both charged. Hope it works the next time you try!

Not at all, GOT Amaterasu. If anything, it's pleasing to the eye, just don't DIRECTLY look at the lasers lol

mine says Bluetooth on all the time and it’s so annoying

Hello Angelina, Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for reaching out. Maybe you could turn on and off Bluetooth and it'll reset so that the bluetooth isnt' on all the time and the annoyance will decrease 😃👍 Sorry if i'm not much help. Not honestly sure what to say😶
