Don't ever use minoxidil unless a last resort as its only a temporary fix as soon as you stop you will lose the hair and check with your doctor as underlying health problems can cause even more hair loss with minoxidil

Derma rollers create diagonal incisions into the skin which are not nearly as effective as straight incisions. Use derma stamps.

Only fin, dutasteride, saw palmetto, and RU can currently do that as far as I’m aware. But be very careful, I got rly bad sides from finasteride after only 2 pills. That was 3 1/2 months ago, and I’ve had side effects ever since. Luckily they are starting to get better but I’m still not my normal self.

@@user333r keep taking your finasteride and if you want to stop taking it, please consult your doctor about stopping the medication before you do. Some people “crash” and get side effects if they suddenly stop. Some people don’t, but some do, so it’s just important to stop taking it in a correct protocol.

Please get prescription from your dermatologist minoxidil may cause side effects the chances are very less but sometimes it may lead to heart attack, swelling on face, loosing sensation on applied area it can happen 2/100 people. some people are sensitive to minoxidil, the symptoms of side effects are early if it suits you early you can use it for Life time (should be prescribed by dermatologist because they change the percentage of minoxidil after the effect)

Yes it's generally safe to use shampoo after derma rolling but i would suggest you to first shower or shampoo then derma rolling

The hair follicle is like any other organ in the body, it needs to be irrigated in order to survive. It needs oxygen, nutrients, etc. Microneedling helps restore some of those initial irrigation paths
