Hi! Would the contact information get updated when there is a change? For example I had Peter as a contact for company X, and Peter updates his LinkedIn current position as he has changed jobs... will I be able to see he no loger works for company X and which company is he now working for?? Thanks for all the info you share, hope you can help!

+GENERACIÓN APRENDE hey there - no, this wouldn’t get updated automatically in hubspot. There may be third party applications that may help with this (such as LinkedIn sakes navigator, Apollo, or others) but natively in HubSpot you’d need to update the record with the new info,

I have LI SN connected with HB. If I create a task in email sequence to connect with a profile in LI will it do automatically?

No - it's still a manual process to send a LinkedIn connection request.

The integration is available at all levels, including starter. Sales Navigator itself is a paid feature of LinkedIn, so as long as you already have that, you can connect it to HubSpot.

After linking Hubspot and LinkedIn navigator, will LinkedIn engagement show in Hubspot? Ex/ if the contact "likes or comments" on Linkedin.

Monica, that is a good question and I love your thinking! The Sales Navigator will get you some general information and quick ways to send InMail but it will not track or alert for engagements. Connecting to HubSpot Social, you can get general engagement information on your posts but it doesn't connect to contacts.

Could you please show how to set up "undo" for sent emails in Hubspot?

You can cancel or undo an email that is scheduled to send or is in the process of being sent. Once the email is sent, there is no way to undo it. See the following HubSpot Knowledge Base article: knowledge.hubspot.com/email/can-i-cancel-a-sent-or-scheduled-email-send-in-hubspot

There doesn't seem to be a way to actually report on Sales Navigator activity IN HubSpot, is there? Trying to find a way to report, "Sales Rep A sent X number of LinkedIn Sales Navigator InMails or message for Q1" for example. Any ideas how to do that, if possible?

Hey Rick - this is still something that we're working on tracking down. There isn't a great way to track this now. Even Sales Navigator itself is klunky. If we find something, we'll post it!

Can I (after matching LI account with HS account) send friend request via sales navigator (in SN via HS integration or in SN via exporting a contact list)? What I mean is sending not just an inmail message but also an invitation?

Adam, currently the only option would be to send LinkedIn 📧 InMail. This is definitely a widely requested feature we hope to see one day!

@@crcdistribution878 the only way to do that right now is through LI sales navigator widget (have to have sales nav) - if you want to automate this you can use tools like zapier and dripify to do that, but natively in HS no update at the moment 😩

@@paulemurray there isn't an easy way to transfer the contact from LI to hubspot - but a third party application like LinkMatch or Dux Soup could make that possible

@@HubSpotHacks Hubspot Professional and Enterprise are way too expensive pricing models. It seems like it is only meant for established firms many enough money. Dont like it because of this reason 💔
