FYI, in UE5.1, Set Master Pose Component is now called Set Leader Pose Component.

Question that's been bugging me... Say you have different skins for a character. One wearing a shirt, and one wearing a vest or even no shirt at all. If you wanted the head model to be reusable between all the skins, so any changes to it would affect all skins, how would you avoid having visible seams in the texture between the vest/shirtless model and the head model?

hey man i did that there, but when i use the crouch or the character dies everything moves out of place, only the master mesh that executes correctly. OBS.: This only occurs on crouch and death, the rest works perfectly.

I'm sorry brother, I'm having a problem I hope you can help me with. I followed the steps, but I'm not creating this for a video game, but for a short film. I put together the modular character how I want him, but when I drag the BP_ThirdPersonCharacter into Sequencer, I am not given the option to add an animation track. Do you know how to fix this?

Did you make sure to add an animation blueprint to your character? I did this quickly in the video at the 3:40 mark.

@@ElusivePandaGames In the level, the player can move during gameplay, but we want to animate the character with a video sequencer, but for some reason even if we put the character in the sequencer, we can't add an animation track to the character. you can't. In this way, for characters whose bodies are connected, there is no indication to add an animation track in the sequencer. Even if you are a normal character, you cannot add animations if you have a weapon (Skeletalmesh). In such a case, you can create an animation by making the weapon a BP class pawn and holding it. Do characters with separate bodies like this have to be given a BP class for each body part?
