Do you use the TM or SM symbol with your logo or have you officially registered it a trademark?

Well i went ahead and did it without a lawyer, i paid my money and took my chance. Worth mentioning that only 5% of trademarks are ever challenged if you make the cut to publication. Its all about being unique my slimes :)

Good vid! The aesthetics are key. I have a utility patent issued on my guitar fretboard. Not sure how commercially viable my idea is but I got 1 I have a registered TM on hover roller which is a fitness product. I have an issued utility as well on removable foam roller wheels. Still tryin to license it. I made the error of having no business plan and licensing contract. What these brands want is cost estimates/ return. If you don’t bring it they have to pay to research it and could lose $$$ if it turns out your idea isn’t profitable. Still learning. I just got a design patent on a new swimmers ear care product. I’m designing it myself and selling it soon. Yah that 1 is gonna be my biggest accomplishment as an inventor commercially when it drops as it’s the best version of a product in an already established market. I can’t get a registered TM it so I’ll add it. Good vid btw. I might put my TM in a circle though. That’s another style move

must we use the R with any kind of font? Or can 'design' it with more customized font?

When do you display the symbol on your logo? I ask because major brands don’t always display it on their logo so it begs the question is there a specific place where you would apply it e.g. on the website or on product packaging etc

Hi, I have a registered trademark (the mark consists of the phrase in a stylized font with the first letter of each word capitalized). The question is can I use the trademark symbol ( ® ) with an alternate logo and with a submark? The words in the alternate logo are repositioned and there are some new elements around (which creates something like a circle around) and the submark is just a combination of 2 first letters of both words of the trademark. Or I only can use ® with the main logo? Thank you
