I have no idea, I am not the creator of this script. At the time this was working for a lot of people and people are still commenting that it worked.. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the github software or going to a later, more stable version?

i dont know how to save the save files on the citra version, and i have no idea how to paste in the islands adress

you do the same thing on citra but you have to have all of the same programs on citra if that makes sense and dam I replied like 2 years late lmao this does not help

no i havent actually, i never was interested in that feature since i never used streetpass

have u launched it for the first time? this error has never happened to me before. it could be possible you messed up, i wouldn't of waited a whole day. i would just say to go from the backup save and try again

@@nicoletine I've launched it a lot and I've seen that loading screen before, but just when I'd be creating a new game after restarting my island. It usually just loads for a few seconds then, but not for this long. This is my physical copy, so I tried downloading a digital copy and trying the process out on that, and after importing the new save file it loaded for hours again. So basically this is only happening when I load the edited/new save. I used Checkpoint too and it did the same thing

check the wiki? im not sure. if it didnt show up it might not be part of the version that you have but you can get unlcoked regional versions

this also happened to me! if u go to JKSM there should be a back up folder with a bunch of names. click one of the versions and there should be a document there with the same name as ur others. once u have that document, go to the JKSM and make a new file naming it something then dropping the file. after that re open JKSM and look for the file u just named and restore the data. if that doesn’t work try another back up file. it usually happens when u try to unlock the islands

Probably used an incompatible cheat with your save file.

idk why this happens for some people. for some it works, some it doesn't. My first save game got corrupted when I tried this before, you should always make a backup. I think that you need to choose a different save file region. I'm sorry I can't give a more precise solution

Don't add new buildings and like she said make a backup. Make chances one at a time. Btw if it gets corrupted select the backup file so you get ur data back 😉

i got JKSP from universal updater if that helps, i just typed in jk and it’s the only option

I can help with this. I formerly had this issue. What you need to do is go to the thing that says like to fix your save when you go to the save manager. It should say like fix issues and it will be fixed. I can help if you have any more issues.
