How to use Turbo Everdrive on Analouge Duo

7 ай бұрынTo Make it work, all you have to do is
1.)insert an original Hu Card first (e.g Ninja spirit in video)
2.)run the game and quit the game from analogue menu.
3.)Insert everdrive and run the most recent game (ningja spirit) from library menu.
4.) boot into everdrive menu!
and I am using Krizz Turbo everdrive v1.1

After removing the cover I used double sided tape, removed the screws and bracket and put just the Turbo Everdrive Pro cover back in its original place. Looks great and works with the Analogue Duo.

Cool. I still have my old v1.1 TED knocking about. May have to stump up the cash for a Pro at some point though for save states.

So I have the PC engine colored turbo Duo I put in arrow blaster US version The game plays it senses it's there and everything but how are you getting back to the menu of the turbo Duo I can't quit my game to try my ever drive. Maybe it's the controller I'm using I'm using the USB controller that plugs in in the back from the PC engine mini do I need to be using a different controller to get out of the game and back to the turbo Duo menu? Which controller are you using? Also my ever drive has PC engine or turbo graphic 16 switch. Do I need to be set on one or the other for this to work? Any help or suggestions is appreciated

I have not extensively trial with pc engine mini controller with duo. I thought it didnt work. I use 8bitdo pc engine controller

This is my OG version everdrive. It never came with a cover. I just used an plastic sheet cut to size and taped it to protect the internals.

You do not need this anymore jailbreak with alternative software was released you can hear audio cd as well now

Yes. There is now custom firmware for the duo.

the fact that the card is not detected seems deliberate...it is possible that in the next update this technique will no longer work...

It is not deliberate. Analogue says on their site about flashcarts that anything compatible with original systems will be compatible with the duo. They just put out an unfinished product because they said it would ship in 2023

@@Color-Theory Yeah, I'm pretty sure Analogue aren't against piracy/roms. They just prefer not to openly condone it.
