Whats the difference between the 2 different colors (leukocytes,etc) in regards to reading the test. If the 2nd part of sample (not the purple one) was positive without a purple box, us that also positive and whats the diagnostic difference between the 2?

I seem to always get a false positive reading when I use these test strips. I have tried two different brands of these kits on two separate occasions, and got a positive result (strip turned purple). What would cause a positive result if you don't have an infection? For the above reason, I no longer use these kits! LOL!

I tested my daughter and the leukocyte result looks red, not purple. What is that?

I did 2 of those home tests and it was purple went to the doctor and they said I did not have a UTI
