Wow, thanks! Brings back loads of good memories! The joysticks are still confusing to configure (lol) but great program. I remember a game called "Factory" by Hesware - that was certainly ahead of it's time. This rocks! :)

Wow, what a find this channel is! I used to work for Elite Systems in the 1980s, briefly as I moved into embedded C development after a while, and worked on a few games. It's great to see that the C64, and also the C16, is still being used and developed for!

Great stuff also the new 2020 project you are starting sounds cool. I have downloaded latest version vice 3.4 but there isn't a x64.exe only x64sc.exe is that the same?

Currently I am using Vice 3.6.1 and the creation and attaching disk image menu is a bit different. Also I cannot create a disk image in the same folder where the vic20 or c64 emulator is.

Hi. can you help me please? I have a Hacked PS Vita with the Vice C64 emulator on it, but I don't know where to put my game files. Can anyone help me with this please?

In dos I can't get disk io to work at all. I created and attached a d64 disk - trust this is right. When I do load"$",8 it just pauses then says ready. No error but it doesn't seem to see the disk.

So, I'm actually off in the C128, but can you not use the tape at all? I've gotten to where I made a simple like 3 line program, but it's saying to press record and play on the tape. I can't find a way to do that, though there is a tape thing in the bottom right.
