To record a call I had to click do not disturb tab and click the 3(…) to open that tab. Once open click everyone. After that swipe down from the top right and u got that red circle. Tap and hold for 3 secs. The microphone off button should appear. Click it to activate it on. Then when u get a call tap it or might have to hold it and there u go
