Things are about to get interesting for sure. Let's hope that Canon's new R5 lives up to the hype and that Sony answers back. And maybe that Nikon manages to surprise us here?

whenever i connect with dummy battery its not working, any idea why? and solution please.

Is the dummy battery not working? As in the camera itself won't work? Or is the webcam utility only not working when using a dummy battery? If the first, be sure to purchase a genuine Canon AC adapter or one with good reviews. If the later, we'd have to defer to Canon. In that case we'd suggest contacting Canon support.

Whatever USB cable works with your camera and connects it to your computer.

Will it work wirelessly for wifi-enabled models? Or the connection will be too poor?

I don't believe it will Ben but have not tested it. I would assume as you mentioned, the connection is too slow.

I can walk you through what to get and how to set it up.

@@jamdajao Cheap is subjective, as a few years ago, they were thousands and can now be picked up for a few hundred bucks. But I am unaware of any options for less than about 400 bucks.
