I'm scared now after my sibling say my knee could shift? I just did anthroscopy meniscus repair. I removed them whenever i need to go to toilet or shower and when i do laundry. Which means like half the time of my waking hours. I accidentally put weight on it when i lost balance on the crutches and i felt a flapping sensation. Almost like when i tore my menicus. Do u reckon I fked it up already? Should i go A&E? Been a week and my followup appointment is in a 3days.

the brace fits fine but there is a huge gap between the knee and the chuck and it’s a really big gap and nothing i can do about it can you help me?

The top dial is set at zero, Should that be aligned with the center or the knee?
