This is such a great way to explain knight usage, treating them as a team that work in tandem with one another makes so much sense

I love this guy. I love how he uses analogies along the chess board like the ‘out posts’ and the ‘pizza’ and many more. This kinda helped me understand the power of my knights. Thanks Gauri!

Can you do a video where you overuse you're Knights, just to show how to use them properly. Can pay against worse players just to demo

Isn't this game very similar to the game between Hikaru and Magnus in the Blitz championship final of either 2019 or 2020? Magnus had the Knights in exactly the same position and he went on to win the game.

Knights are more dangerous than bishops. I swear to God. Idk why they're considered less value than bishops
@linshenglong
@linshenglong Жыл бұрын
No. Knights and Bishops are on the same value (3). Usually it depends on the position, if the position is open, the bishops is powerful to control long square diagonal and travels quick to the other side of the board. If the position is closed the knights can control squares where they cannot get attacked by pawns which is call an outpost. Though for the bishops can travel fast to reach the other side, while the knights has to dance between the dark-square and light-square to do that.
