It's true. Google Calendar will only reach out to Trello several times a day. So updates that you make in Trello can take some time to appear on your calendar. Thanks for sharing the Chronofy option!

No Problem! The other cool thing about the chronofy connector is then it doesn't count as one of your power ups in Trello! I have Trello gold so I get 3 per board, but now I can use 3 others and I'm using google drive, evernote and butler!

Hi Eduardo. Unfortunately, the sync between the 2 apps is not instant. Therefore, it may take as much as a few hours for you to see the changes appear on your calendar. That's a great question, Aragon. Becuase the due dates in Trello represent a deadline and not an event duration, this is not currently possible. But you may want to search the power-up section to see if there is something that could acheive this for you.

Unfortunately, there is no current way to speed this up. Since Google Calendar is a 3rd-party application, it depends on how often they update their external feeds (reach out to Trello).

Great question. Yes, you can add notifications for your Trello calendar within Google Calendar. Select Settings for your Trello URL calendar (3 dots beside the calendar). Then go to the Notifications settings for that calendar so select a default reminder time.

The best way to accomplish this would be with the Filter option in the top right corner. Here you can choose a variety of options to show just what you like.

I am hoping to display the Trello checklist items in my Google Calander in different colours depending on which of our sales team members that item belongs to. Currently they are in the colour of the Trello Calander that the i-Cal links to.

Google Calendar only reaches out to Trello several times per day to receive new information. So, unfortunately, you will not see changes you make in Trello appear immediately.

Sync between Trello and Cronofy is faster than Trello and Google Calendar using URL. Additionally when you sync with Cronofy , you can modify in Trello or in Google Calendar (both way) and the changes are going to be visible immediately.

Are you using Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.? As long as the calendar has the ability to add a calendar by URL, the connection to Trello should work. I hope that helps.

Now I'm using Google calendar, and I repeated all steps as you on the video. The calendar is added but did not show any events. I can show/hide it but it does not show anything

Does your Trello board have cards with due dates on them? Remember that only cards with dates will sync with your external calendar.

Sorry, currently the only connection is from Trello to Google Calendar.

Changes in Trello will not update your calendar sync immediately. Here is the specific text from the Trello website: "Changes made in Trello won't instantly update to third-party applications such as Google Calendar. We estimate that Google Calendar and other third party applications update their external feeds approximately once per day, but that is dependent on how frequently the third party application pings the Trello servers." But if you find it is not syncing at all, perhaps delete the current sync and try again.
