Thank you. Works perfectly with a Tapo C500. Make sure that you cancel your free home trial of Tapo cloud, it certainly will not work if it's being streamed to a cloud based server.

It did not work at first. I had "#" in my password which is a special character in the URL. It worked once I had changed a password that use just numbers and letters.

Tried this, even changing to numbers and letters, still does not work, it keeps prompting a box in vlc for me to fill out the username and password for RTSP Authentication

hi! well that's imposible. You must used your Tapo app to download them because the image and videos are encripted. If you put the micro sd card on the PC you cant even see it.

On C425 u cant put any Accounts in the Tapo app so its not possible for me to log in via VLC there

@@WebLeoTV The Firmware is up to date V1.20 already tried everything over WIFI, Wired PorfWRD 554, 2020 even DMZ and Anycam iSpy, IP Viwer and vlc. After remove the card Pum! all streams work fine.
