Walking down the runway can be quite intimidating! This video gives you a step-by-step breakdown on how to walk the runway with confidence! Learn what to do with your hands, your head, your feet and how to smoothly transition at the end of the runway while making turns! Avatar Wan runway is the stage where models walks, catwalk is the WALK of female models, (it usually used for supermodel)

Hey! I have my first runway audition Thurs. Done print & national ads. But looking to transition from fitness to fashion. No time between my real job to meet with my agent who leaves for vacay tomorrow; so she can't critique me. PLUS, haircut gone bad & ot's short, so no current headshot - crazy, I know. It's a Halloween show. Any tips on how to get the best chances for selection?

Champ1988 Since you have approx 24hours before the audition, I'd just work on your walk. You don't need a headshot for the audition, but they might want to see some of your previous work. You also want to make sure you're wearing form fitting clothes and be confident. That's all you can do between now and Thursday. Hope this helps

+Fresh Pepper For the first hour; only myself & 4 other guys showed up! There were wayyy more girls. In fact, for the second block; I saw at least 30 just waiting outside the door. All in all, I feel great! I got a vibe they liked me, but you never know! In your experience, does showing up first and being one on the few that does hold weight in a Cast person's eyes? This aside from them obviously liking you as a choice.

I know a friend who is going into modeling ! He’s very feminine and he doesn’t realize it, he also walks very feminine unintentionally, will that be a problem, even if he has a female model walk on point, would he still have to train his body to do a male model walk ?

Yes you can do modeling fulltime if you're making a lot of money, and you can model at an older age, you'd just be in a different category.
