Nah, I have a mechanical one and if you listen for the click it's clearly there. He's just pressing the keys really loudly so the click is mostly covered with the thunk of him hitting the keys. The membrane Model M's would have absolutely no click, only a thunk. They do still feel significantly different from most modern mechanical keyboards.

Technically Model M is a MEMBRANE keyboard. But not a rubber dome. And it have only 2 key roll over...
