Hello everyone!
So, my baby Nia turned 6 months and started weaning! Can you believe!!! I can't lol!
I decided to film the process every day and show you how she did. I have been following Charlotte Stirling-Reed's book "How to Wean Your Baby" and I have found it super useful! I was so stressed about starting the weaning journey and the book made it a little less stressful, as I had a plan to follow day-by-day for 30 days! So I definitely recommend! All the information I discuss about weaning in this video is from this book.
I have decided to introduce purees to my daughter as this gives a range of flavours and textures to her mini mouth, plus I have also been following the baby led weaning style with finger sized vegetables! She loved leading the way!!
I hope you find this video useful and even laugh at my daughter's funny expressions and reactions trying these foods! It was a fun week and certainly a good start to her weaning journey! I cannot wait for what there is to come!
