As you said ma'am that Gujarati does the lower pleats on right side that is also probably because the shoulder pleats is also on right side. My thoughts... The best part about the Gujarati drape is that you hands are completely free and I feel it is the most comfortable drape as you don't need to worry about ur "Palla" sweeping the floor 😉 so you can just run here and there, play garba or dance ur heart out in the functions. Also because its pinned on the shoulders your hands do not feel tired of carrying a palla specifically in a heavy saree... Bit biased towards this drape being a Gujju. 😁😁

Please make the vedio for draping the Lycra base heavy weight saadi (with some work) silk sheemer saadi. as its very difficult to wear & carry that particular saadi but it looks very stunning to see. Hope you will come up with any idea to wear that type of saadi. Like to see your draping style art everytime.

Dolly ji mera ye problem hai ki sidha palla sari pehnti hu silk sari me tab piche se ducha ho jati hai matlab piche se clean look nahi dikhti to muje vo apse sikhana hai aur hamari sari patli nahi hoti jadi hoti hai aur vo pin sholder per lagati hai vo nazdik se dikhaiyega

I hang all types of sarees and blouse for whole night after wearing it. And petticoat I was wash it . Next day I pack it properly with cotton clothes.
