It seems that tynor brace belts after fastening too, it remains loose, since belt are long, please exchange it shorter belts, or help how to manage to make it tight or send your person, please reply.

This is not an ACL brace or unloader brace. Though you can convert it into one restricting ROM and also contouring the medial uprights according to the anatomy of your extremity. I know that it’s been over a year since your surgery but remember that you are still prone to ligamentous injury and meniscus tear. As per my consideration, you should use the brace in all the rigorous activities to have a good old age!

Your customer service is not responding, just get off every time I try to connect, how can I get a tighter belt which fit our thighs as a replacement or money back , trying to call customer service from day one but no response, call gets off every time I call, this what your service is ?
