The skill it takes to be the best in this game is underrated. A lot of people can get a cheap win with toxic powers but actually being the best in this game takes so much specific knowledge about micro-placings and exact eco numbers.

5:40 the glitch is actually just that he doesn't lose any meds from dcing. If he knows a player is good and will try to go late he'll just leave them in a game so they cant requeue and he looks for someone easier. He'd probably play it out in free powers but its hard to make an experienced player choke in boost only.
