You can only do it in bananza/speed bananza, upgrade to 1 - 0 farm and wait until the 3 bananas are out and then sell and buy 2-0 farm...

It’s a bug NK hasn’t fixed it. You need hot keys to be able to do it.

If you sacrifice more than 30k worth of towers the monky temple gets stronger. Not all towers can be sacrificed, but some do
