One thing you can do to improve your movement pretty fast is go into a game and don’t shoot at anyone just intentionally run into areas where fights are going down and start jumping and sliding around and trying to see how long you can survive and eventually you’ll find you’ll be able to survive longer and longer.

Hawksnest's site has that feature where you can find your setting and I think that's a really good guide if you want to find the best sensitivity for you. I am only saying it as a guide since I still did some tweaking after I found the values given to me, plus a lot of people find fixed speed to be go to but speed acceleration is also really good. I find it perfect if you are spraying at someone, flick, and continue spraying on another player.
