Eddie, always had 250 Merc outboard, this year purchased a 330 Searay with 7.4s. Was told to look u up on KZfaq, which I did, was able to understand what needed to be done for the winter, with your hands on and info made it easier to be completed, even with your New York accent Thanks

Hi Eddie, I have a boat on Lake Ontario, Sodus Pt, NY. I was looking for an easier way of winterizing my a/c unit. I watched your video several times. Today I was at the marina and winterized my a/c unit as you showed in the video. This procedure works really well and saves a lot of time not having to disconnect the a/c intake hose and turning on the a/c unit itself to run the antifreeze through the a/c unit. It took 7 minutes to winterized my a/c unit doing it your way. Thanks ! Jack

Eddie… I recently purchased a 2006 Larson 240 Cabrio and had a quick question..... Once the boat is in the water and I'm hooked up to Shore power and I'm ready to turn on the AC... Turn on my main switch inside cabin (control panel) then ac switch on control panel then actual ac switch…. Is there anything eles that needs to be done..... Thanks

How about if my boat is in the water? We plan on leaving it in this winter so I can't access either the intake or the discharge....

It might be a little late but you do it from the strainer hose and run the pink from there by turning the AC on, see his other video about winterizing the generator.

There must be a pump to circulate the sea water through the AC. Does forcing the pink stuff through not harm the pump?

the pump is a centrifugal force pump, it is open the middle so no harm in doing this way. This is best way to do it. There is another video somewhere that the guy takes about the pump to show you inside
