Glad to hear you decided on the "swing arms" to attach your heads. Makes installations so much easier, adjustments easier/possible and less likely to break. Plus if one does break, it is way easier to fix. Great video as always. Your co tent makes me feel like a grass professional up here in Oregon. I have ryegrass cut at 3/4 inch.

Hey Pete! Just put down the Heatwave Bermuda I bought from you a few weeks ago here in Davidson! Did everything that you recommended as best I could, except that I dusted with Peat Moss to cover and hold moisture. 7 Days in and I have great germination going! Nice green "haze" wherever there is peat moss. The sand mix (50/50) areas where the peat moss got washed away arent as full. The heavy rains washed a little away, but I'll just fill it in a few weeks once the original gets going well. I think the biggest key was keeping it moist. I programmed the irrigation to run (4) times a day for 8 minutes each time. seemed to be the ticket. thanks for your videos! gonna order that shirt and some swag soon!!!

How are you connecting your pump from your tank? Will you be using the Master Valve slot on your irrigation control box to switch it on when a zone comes on? Or will you need to have to turn on the water pump manually?

Nice work Pete. I am still searching for the best route to water my turf...well when I get to that as I am still in the renovation process. Quoted at $5k to have an irrigation installed. I know I can do all the work, just nervous about tapping into my water supply, plus my pressure is not that strong. 40 PSI and 7 gallons per minute.

Not to nit pick but the wiring that connects to all the valves is the common not the ground, the other is the "hot"... There is a difference and color is generally white.
